Through our website here alk water; however our network of retailers is growing rapidly so watch this space!
I’ve signed up for a subscription; how can I cancel it?
You may cancel your subscription at any time (although we hope you won’t want to!); just unsubscribe 5 working days before your next delivery is due to be despatched to ensure you're not charged.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please sign in to your account with us, and click the 'Manage Subscription' button and follow the steps from there.
How is my order delivered?
Within the UK we use the DHL delivery network and as such deliveries can take up to 5 working days to be delivered from despatch. Orders are despatched 2 working days after being placed.
How is my payment processed?
Payments are processed through our secure encrypted online banking system.
BPA
Our bottles are BPA free.
Refunds
We offer a ‘no questions asked’ full refund. Please contact emailus@alkwater.co.uk if you want to action this.
